Here are the minutes from the last meeting, submitted by Secretary Pierce Marschall:

EAA Chapter 493 Meeting, 15th of September 2015 at Joe’s Italian Restaurant, 1601 S. BryantBoulevard, San Angelo, Texas.

Donald Treadwell, President, called the meeting to order at 7:00pm.

The August Meeting Minutes were approved as read.

There was no Treasurers Report to be shown due to the lack of a treasurer at the August meeting.

Old business:

Bob Reece shared about Air Venture at Oshkosh 2015 and how great the weather turned out to be. He explained that there was more homebuilt aircraft this year, than there had ever been before at Oshkosh. There was also a substantial amount of helicopters that also topped the record books for most helicopters at the EAA Air Venture. Most importantly, there were no injuries at Oshkosh 2015.

New Business:

There was no new business.

The September Meeting was adjourned at 7:16pm.

Don Treadwell presented the group with a program and a pop quiz about flying in the pattern as well as wake turbulence.
