I have changed the options for posting.
In the future you should receive and acknowledgement message when you post to the EAA493 reflector.

Details: for anyone interested
There are 2 flags in you member profile
1.  NotMeToo - If set you will not get your posts
2.  Ack - If set you will receive a message that you posted (acknowledgement)

You have access to these and other flags - Click on the link at the bottom of any message from the reflector to
go to your personal options page.

Note: Neither flag was set for any member during the battery discussion. Now the Ack flag is set for all members.

I suspect one of 2 things caused the problem:

1. Spam  traps in email program - suggest add eaa493 [at] fly-web.us to your address book.
2. A problem in MailMan (program package)
