If you have a vest and whistle bring them but no one needs to go buy one. The 
vests are provided and the whistle seems to not enter into the training now.  
We will keep a close watch on the riders and not let them wander far enough off 
to warrant a whistle.

Hey thanks for working this out between you two.  I have revised the schedule 
and attached it to this email in old Excel and PDF format. Anyone else who 
wants to switch places with someone just say so on the reflector and we will 
try very hard to accommodate you.
