You stuck with it and got it done.... congrats.
I'll be happy to help in whatever way needed for the entire event.

EAA has agreed to waive the sponsorship fee of $4,000 for the San Angelo
tour stop. That means we will participate in sharing a portion of what is
raised on every ticket that is sold. This is a great opportunity for us to
enjoy working with the EAA Ford Tri-Motor. You will be able to go online
and buy a ticket for a local flight for $70, saving $5 off the walk up fee.
If you are 17 and under the cost is only $50 to fly in a 1929 airplane for
about twenty minutes.
Please reply to this email if you are available to help load passengers and
provide safety guidance to the people wishing to ride on the Ford Tri-Motor.
We need to be certain that we have enough help to cover two shifts per day
for I think four hours each. The dates are November 13 to 16. If I
understand correctly, they will arrive on Thursday, November 13 and will
want to meet our chapter members that day to show us the Ford airplane. On
Friday and Saturday the pilot will arrive at Skyline at 8AM and would
appreciate help in preflighting the airplane. Flights will be from 9AM to
5PM. Additional help is requested after the last flight of the day to keep
our Tri-Motor pristine for the next day.
There is a 15 page booklet on PDF that I will send out that explains how to
safely load passengers and everything else about the tour.
When replying to volunteer to help, please state when you will be available
so I can make a schedule.
