According to the report, he was injured but not life threatening. The first article I found didn’t identify the pilot, only that it was a 1939 J-3 with a 67 year old pilot. I texted him right after reading this article. The text was delivered but he hasn’t responded. I then did a further search and found another article which identified him as the pilot.
