I have a good friend who is chief engineer for WFAA in Dallas. He tells me that he has done this numerous times on their BIG tower in Dallas. Of course he rides the elevator almost all the way to the top, but the last little bit has to be free climbed. To make matters worse, the climb must be done in the wee hours of the morning when the transmitter is turned off. He says the scariest part is watching the airplanes. Some look like they are coming right at the tower, and heâs above them!! The tower is 481 meters, or 1578â tall.

NO WAY!!!

OPEN THIS LINK THEN WATCH THE VIDEO TO THE END..........I COULD NEVER DO THIS JOB.  HARD TO WATCH THE VIDEO.

Have to see 15 sec Cartoon Intro as the lead in & then the live video starts.

I assume these workmen make big wages.    I myself would not do it for any amount of money!

OMG â there is no way you could get me up there. Just watching it gives me âthat feelingâ â youâll know what I mean when you see this!

Light bulb changer

Hang on to your lunch while watching this....

I wonder what they pay this guy per hour. 1768 feet

straight up ... wait until you see this!

Wait for the cartoon intro to finish, then hold on to

your seat.
