A summary of the Park meeting from Tuesday, December 8, 2020

1.  Masks are REQUIRED in the hall!  Residents are asked to wipe down the table (This includes the poker tables too).  and chairs they use.  Sanitizing wipes are provided, along with hand sanitizer.   Many other parks in the valley are basically shut down--no activities allowed.  Paradise Acres is trying to be responsible.  If we have someone who gets Covid, we'll have to shut down our activities and the Rec Hall.  Wear a mask, and use hand sanitizer, and sanitize surfaces.

2.  We will have Christmas dinner at 1:00 on Christmas day.  No Christmas Eve supper or caroling.  Christmas dinner will be soup.  Geri will make oyster, Blondie chicken noodle, and LeAnne chili.  Further details at next week's meeting..

3.  We will NOT be having Sunday night cake and ice cream, potlucks, or out for breakfast or pizza.  No booya in January.  

4.  Rather than sending out individual Christmas cards, residents can put a card to the entire park on the garland on the west wall of the hall.  Clothespins are there for attaching your card.

5.  Dr. Khan has given us $300 to use for our activities.  Right now this is helping to fund sanitizer.

6. Activities we ARE trying, using social distancing:

        Cribbage at !:00 Monday afternoon

        Bingo 6 p.m. Monday

        Park meeting, 9 a.m. Tuesday, with 50/50

        Line dancing after meeting, once Bo returns

        500, at 6 p.m. Tuesday

        Movies, Wednesday at 6 p.m.

        Shuffleboard 8:30 a.m. Friday

        Texas hold'em 1 p.m. Friday

Clara is putting together a calendar for January.  We will have a bags(cornhole) tournament on January 9 and 30, outside if weather cooperates.  Look for more info as we get closer to January.
