  • Septic System needs professional help.  Problem caused by other than toilet paper flushed, jams up lift pump.  Note: saving the park expenses will prevent or reduce rent increases.
  • Pets are welcome - must be on a leash when outside.  Pick up your pets poop.
Today is "Winter Texan Day" at Ann's restaurant in Pharr

Wednesday mornings breakfast out is at El Gran Gallo Cafe 302 Bus 83 in San Juan.

Thursday happy hour with Bill Crystil $6.00 4:00-6:00pm

Walk around the park 8:00 am - meet front of clubhouse.
