Just sharing with you what happened to my lot rent after I payed it 1st of April 2018,I sold our place on October 18th 2018.We could not come down anymore due to health problem,s in our family.The park kept my lot rent and also charged the new owner rent I was told,so lf you are thinking of selling I would not be in a hurry to pay your lot rent.I also paid 325.00 for manager to show it twice.BEWARE-L2ALL BILL&SALLIE
