That did not take long for the new owner to raise the rent for all the upgrades he has done since he has bought the property. For every mobile that has left the park we have to pick up that rent. Oh well it is still the best people park in Texas. Love our family!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wayne & Gloria
