I'm no fan of Hillary but:
This is a gross distortion - quoting what the Clinton Foundation gives to other charities.
Most of the money is spent directly doing charity work for example AIDS prevention.
The Clinton Foundation is both a Charity and supports other charities.
The charity rating organizations rate the Foundation highly.
