So they are finally going to fix the remnants of what was once a street.    Be open again about Dec 1st.  Interesting timing as you said.

From time to time I receive messages from the city regarding everything from water shut off to you name it.  We just got back from our walk to this one;

Crockett avenue will be  closed from Alamo Road to Ceasar  Chevez Road for an estimated 90 days for road construction.  Questions call 787 8321.

If you are driving a big rig I don't mind if you call to see which end you need to come in on.
