Hi All, Helen came home on Monday afternoon after the 65 day ordeal. She is glad to be home, but there is a lot of changes to get use to. She can get around with a walker but I need to watch her and help and she sleeps sever times a day. There will be some loss in her left eye and her left side is still a little weak. She now has to look left by turning her head. She still has the ability to read. Our oldest daughter is flying in today to help. She will be flying back on Monday the 27th. Given that there are no setbacks, we will be leaving with her as that is the last day that SunCountry flies to Minneapolis until October. It will be a long day for Helen, but she thinks it will be OK. Thanks for all you prays as they sure did help. Quentin |
